Another addition to our Collection of fine lace yarns, Finissimo Lace is 100% Extrafine Merino Wool, fine but strong and gently plied in Italy in a soft solid colour palette.
Finissimo is suitable for lacework, shawls, and delicate garments as well as a great long yardage yarn to combine and hold together with any fine silk mohair yarns for many modern garment and accessory knitting and crochet patterns currently on the market.
Fibre composition: 100% Extrafine Merino Wool, superwash treated – labelled as Unshrinkable
Weight: Lace, 2ply
Yarn length per ball (approx): 750 metres per 50 gram ball
Needle and Gauge: as per pattern stipulates
Care: Gentle machine wash or hand wash (we always recommend hand washing wool for have many years of good wear from a yarn), Cool iron if needed, Lay flat to dry in shade. Do not tumble dry.
