Prices, Products and Services

All of the products on this website are priced in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable sales tax, but excluding shipping. Shipping charges are added to the Customer order form at the Checkout page and before Payment is confirmed.

Gift Cards

Digital Gift Cards sold by Knitnstitch must adhere to all legal regulations under New Zealand law including expiration dates of three years. The new expiry requirements do not apply to gift cards issued before 16 March 2026. Any gift card supplied as store credit in substitution for goods returned to Knitnstitch are excluded from the definition of “gift card” and are therefore not required to have a minimum expiry period.

Payment and Order Confirmation

Knitnstitch takes all reasonable steps to protect the security of your payment card data and the third party payment gateways we use comply to the PCI DSS Standards. We will never store in any form, electronic or otherwise, any payment card data from or about you. We reserve the right to reverse a sale and refund payment if aspects of the transaction are unacceptable (for example an item is processed with incorrect delivery cost tagged). We reserve the right to request additional payment for any shipping delivery service that has been wrongly selected at checkout. Current shipping rates can be found here.

We reserve the right to withhold any non-refundable fees incurred by us where a request to cancel an order for a change of mind is made by a customer.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Goods sold for private or individual use will be covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) in the normal way as stated by the laws of New Zealand.

Viruses

Given the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that this website is free from viruses, fault or other conditions which could damage or interfere with your computer systems, and we do not warrant that your access to this website will be uninterrupted, error free or that any defects will be corrected. We disclaim all liability for any errors, omissions and faults relating to viruses.
