Refund policy
Final Sale Condition. If you buy on a Sale promotion:
We run Sales and discounted price promotions from time to time. These sales are Final and we reserve the right to refuse requests for alteration of orders, combining of orders for shipping, exchanges, refunds, returns, holds and rainchecks. We hope that you'll be happy with the bargains you get and accept the Final Sale Policy we have.
If we are out of stock:
In the very rare circumstance that a product your ordered is found to be out of stock, you will be notified by email and/or telephone and can choose to either wait for the product to arrive, or cancel the order and receive a refund. And you should receive an apology.
If you change your mind:
You can cancel an order that we haven't packed or shipped - in this case we will refund your payment less any incurred charges such as bank or payment processing fees or cost of courier packaging. We simply hope you come back the next time.
Defects, Damages & Mistakes:
We carefully inspect each order prior to shipment, however please notify us within two weeks if there are any manufacturer defects, damages or mistakes. This does not apply in the case of User causing the breakage or abuse of the item. We will aim to supply replacement products or a full refund as quickly as possible and at no extra cost to you. If we determine that the product was not damaged at the time of delivery, a replacement or exchange may not be offered.
If you simply don't like it or have used it even one time:
We endeavour to supply good images, description and measurements for each product but we are aware that you are buying online and haven't actually seen the products. If the expected product is not to your liking, we may, at our discretion, exchange it for store credit or other goods as long as you return the product in original condition (including packaging or yarn ball label), within two weeks of your purchase. You will need to ship the product back at your own expense and cover payment for any return post. In the event a refund is given, we will refund your payment less any incurred charges such as bank or payment processing fees and shipping charges.
Store Credit Gift Cards:
If we deem that store credit for an agreed amount in substitution of goods returned is applicable by way of issuing a digital gift card, the minimum expiry period subject to gift cards under the Fair Trading (Gift Card Expiry) Amendment Act 2024 which came into force on 16 March 2026 is excluded.
No Returns on Patterns/Books and Needles/Hooks:
Sales of patterns and books in either printed or digital form and any needles and hooks that have been used (even once) are final and will not be exchanged or refunded for any reason.
