Product Information

The Cumulus Tee is worked in from the neck top down in stocking stitch and has a rounded V-neck in the front. The sleeves are elbow length, and all edges are finished in i-cord. The Cumulus Tee requires no finishing work at the end.

Seven Sizes: XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL
The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL are designed to fit a bust circumference of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 cm

Finished Measurements
Bust circumference: 89 (94) 99 (104) 113 (123) 134 cm
Sleeve circumference: 30 (32) 34 (36) 38 (41) 41 cm
Total length: 51 (52) 54 (57) 59 (60) 62 cm

Size guide: The Cumulus Tee is designed to have between approx. 3-9cm of positive ease, meaning it is designed to be 3-9cm larger in circumference than your widest upper body measurement. Before beginning your project, measure yourself to determine which size will fit you the best. For example, if you measure 93cm you should knit a size M.

Gauge: 28 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10cm square swatch in stocking stitch on 3mm needles after wash and blocking. Note that these measurements are only achieved if the correct gauge is kept. Begin by working a swatch to determine which needle size you need to achieve the correct gauge. Note that the swatch needs to be washed and blocked before measuring the gauge.

Suggested knitting needles: Circular needles: 3mm / 60, 80 and/or 100cm, circular needles and 2.5mm / 60 and 80cm or the required needle size to obtain gauge; Double-pointed needles: 3mm and 2.5mm (if the Magic Loop technique is not used)

Yarn: Approximate total of 880 (880) 880-1100 (1100) 1100 (1100) 1320 metres of a fingering weight silk or silk blend or viscose blend or linen blend based on meterage of 220m per 50g.
