Merino wool is thinner and softer than regular wool—making it easy to wear next to the skin. It provides good insulation, transports moisture and has anti-static properties; it doesn't itch, smell or crease much; it is lightweight and keeps its shape making it perfect for baby garments.
This New Zealand made Merino wool is grown in the South Island, scoured in Timaru and processed in Christchurch. The fleece is dyed and then worsted spun for both softness and durability.
