Product Information

Malabrigo's other fingering weight yarn base: Ultimate Sock, contains 25% Nylon as well as the superwash merino with a great twist. Great for Socks and garments with a lot of friction.

Ultimate Sock takes their existing sock yarn and elevates it a level by adding 25% Nylon to the superwash merino that everyone already knows and loves. It is perfect to knit your lovely socks and make sure they will be resistant and durable at the same time.

Ultimate Sock is a 4ply yarn with 384 metres (420 yards) and it has a range of beautiful classic Malabrigo colours and some new ones too!

Dyelot Batches: Like all Malabrigo yarns, Ultimate Sock is kettle-dyed in small batches of 5 skeins by artisan dyers and is full of subtle variation and beauty. We suggest buying enough in the same dyelot batch to complete your project as skeins may vary from bag to bag hence the separate dyelot listings. To ensure random colour distribution, work from two balls of yarn at once, alternating a few rows from each ball.

Colours: The images shown are taken from Malabrigo Yarns own photographs, but some colour variation may still apply. All cameras and computer monitors show the colours slightly differently, especially blues and reds. Send an email if you need advice.
