The Lehigh Shawl is designed by Melanie Berg for Malabrigo Yarns as part of the Malabrigo Book 10 Rios series.
This colourwork shawl is made in simple garter stitch with a bud motif and optional tassel features 2 contrasting colours of Malabrigo Rios or similar worsted weight superwash merino wool yarn. Shawl is worked from the triangle point, with increases worked each side on every row up to the top edge.
One size. Measurements - Width at top edge 264cm. Depth at centre 53cm.
Meterage: 2 colours of Malabrigo Rios (193m per hank) - 4 hanks of one Main colour and 2 hanks of a contrasting colour. Approximately a total length of 1152 metres. Pictured Main colour in #43 Plomo (A) and in #806 Arco Iris (B
Pattern Gauge: 16 stitches and 40 rows over 10cm square swatch of garter stitch and placed bud pattern
