2303 Easy Sweater Knitting Pattern in Spritz DK

Here's an easy, slightly fitted and cropped sweater pattern to knit up this Summer. It uses the new cotton alpaca blend yarn from Alpaca Yarns which comes in these interesting textures and colourways to add interest to your wardrobe.

Construction is knitted in pieces, from the bottom up and sewn together, then the neck stitches are picked up and knit in the round in ribbing stitch on the smaller needle.

Four adult sizes S (M, L, XL)
The sizes are designed to fit an approximate bust circumference of 80-85 (90-95) 100-105 (110-115) cm

Finished Measurements of Garment (approx.)
Bust circumference: 104 (109 (116) 123 cm
Length: 43 (44) 45 (46) cm
Sleeve Length: 45 (45 (44) 43 cm
(Please note that the measurements for the finished garment are only achieved if the sweater is knitted in the correct gauge).

Gauge / Tension: 22 stitches x 28 rows = 10 x 10cm in stocking stitch on 3.5mm needles, after blocking.

Materials

Yarn: approx. Spritz DK : 4 (4) 5 (5) 100g hanks. View the Spritz DK colours we have instore here.
Suggested knitting needles: 3.5mm and Circular needles 3.25mm / 40cm for the neckband or sizes required to give the correct gauge.
Also needs 2 stitch holders and a wool needle for sewing up seams.

Skill Level: All levels including a confident Beginner.
