Attractive rectangular long Lace Scarf knitting pattern designed to be made with 4ply / fingering weight alpaca or equivalent yarns with fibres that are soft around the neck and will hold the lace shape.
The instructions for the Lace Scarf have an easily remembered 12-row lace stitch pattern with ribbed borders to minimise rolling. It is knitted as a classic rectangular shape which measures approximately 28cm wide and 150cm long.
Yardage: approximately 670m of 4ply fingering wool or alpaca blend yarn. If you want a longer or wider scarf, ensure you buy extra yarn.
Suitable for intermediate knitters.
