2205 Unisex Striped Sweater Sporti 5ply Knitting Pattern

This knitting pattern is for an adult sized sweater with contrast stripes designed in a sport/ 5ply weight yarn with excellent twist in alpaca and wool blend - Sporti.

It requires intermediate knitting skills. Construction is knitting flat in pieces then sewn together with the neckbands picked up to finish.

Four Adult sizes: S (M, L, XL) 
To fit chest: 80 (95, 105, 115)cm
Actual Measurement (approx.) 116 (126, 136, 146)cm
Length (approx): 65 (66, 67, 68) cm
Sleeve Length: 47 (48, 49, 50)cm

Yarn required for Stripes (approx)- Main Colour (MC), 1st Contrast (C1) and 2nd Contrast (C2)( approx.) 8 (9, 10) balls of MC (Chocolate in image). 2 balls of C1 and 1 ball of C2 (oatmeal and rust respectively ) of Sporti yarn with approximately 150 metres per 50g ball. 

Please note that any alterations to the pattern may require extra yarn than stated. All measurements are approximate.

Gauge/Tension: 24sts and 32 rows to 10cm square of stocking stitch using 3.5mm needle or sizes required to give correct tension.

Needles & Notions: 3mm and 3.5mm straight knitting needles, 2 stitch holders, Tapestry yarn needle to sew seams.
