Knitted Girl's Jacket with Pockets Pattern for DK (double knitting) / 8Ply weight wool yarn with four sizes from 8 years to approximately 14 years old.
Knitted in a simple stocking stitch pattern in stripes (two colours) with a textured button band, hem, cuff and neck band, set-in sleeves and a patch pocket on each front. Construction is made in pieces from bottom up and seamed at sides and sleeves.
Sized to fit age, approximately - to fit chest (cm)
- 8 years - 71cm
- 10 years- 76cm
- 12 years- 81cm
- 14 years- 86cm
Approx. total yardage: Combined Colours A & B: 7 to 12 x 50g balls (based on 105 metres per ball = 735m - 1260m)
Needles sizes: 3.75mm & 4mm or required to get gauge of 22sts & 30 rows per 10cm swatch.
