It has been double mercerized for a gorgeous sheen. This beautiful thread is made up of six size 25 easily separated strands, which allows you to customize the thickness of the thread by choosing the number of strands.
Made from 100% long staple cotton, is fade resistant and has guaranteed color consistency from one skein to the next. For the best stitching experience with DMC Colour Variations Thread, work with a shorter length of thread (try 30cm). The will help keep the fibers fresh and prevent fraying. If the thread becomes twisted while stitching, drop the needle and let it unwind itself.
