We're very excited to welcome a new lush and lofty Silk Mohair yarn in a DK weight for those fine yet warm fashion handknits.
No synthetics, the fibre composition is 74% Kid Mohair 26% Mulberry Silk and we're testing it out on a slipover pattern on 4.5mm and 5mm needles and it's knitting up a treat on a pattern gauge of between 17 to 20 stitches per 10cm.
Great yardage too! - 150 metres per 50 gram ball in a luscious and luminous colour palette.
An economical choice for all those wonderful patterns that use two strands of lace weight silk mohair yarns.
