100% Baby Merino Wool perfect for sensitive skin.
Spun from the finest merino wool, this yarn comes from sheep bred for generations by ranchers in the northern part of Uruguay, where the ideal climate for this breed is found. When you experience Malabrigo Lace Baby Merino, you connect with a special place in the world. Wonderful palette of colours!
Fibre: 100% Merino wool
Texture: Single spun
Weight: Lace weight
Gauge: 32 sts = 10cm swatch or as pattern recommends.
Needles: 2.75mm or as pattern suggests to make gauge.
430 metres per 50g hank
Care: Handwash. We recommend using the no-rinse Eucalan Delicate Wash.
Dyelot Batches: Like all Malabrigo yarns, Malabrigo Lace is kettle-dyed in small batches of 5 skeins by artisan dyers and is full of subtle variation and beauty. We suggest buying enough in the same dyelot batch to complete your project as skeins may vary from bag to bag hence the separate dyelot listings. To ensure random colour distribution, work from two balls of yarn at once, alternating a few rows from each ball.
