Designed by Brenda Green of Natural Star for the Ashford Double Knit / 8ply and the Triple Knit / 12ply weight yarns.
This pattern has two knitted stitch designs and size options:
- Lace Blanket in 8 ply which measures 120cm wide by 140cm long using 10x 100g balls or 2000 metres of 8ply Using 4.5mm needles. Gauge 19 sts x 26cm in Stocking Stitch
- Cable Blanket in 12 ply measuring 100cm wide by 150cm long using 10x 100g balls or 1340 metres of 12ply Using 5.5mm needles. Gauge 16 sts x 20cm in Stocking Stitch
We suggest using a 100cm cable long circular needle for these size projects to accomodate the large number of stitches.
