N1572 Knitting Pattern in DK / 8Ply is for a fitted cropped cardigan to be worn open with a delicate lace section at the lower part of the garment and plain stocking stitch sleeves.
Six sizes from 81cm to 107cm. Knitted in both stocking stitch and a charming simple lace section for the lower part of the fronts and back. The sleeves are slim with no pattern work and set in for a flattering look. Construction is made in pieces from bottom up and seamed at sides and sleeves.
Sized to fit adults, approximately - to fit chest (cm) - 81cm to 107cm. No ease is included so choose a size larger than your bust measurement to allow for wearing comfort.
Gauge: 22 stitches and 30 rows = 10cm in stocking stitch using a 4mm needle
Approx. total yardage: 805m to 1150 x 50g balls (based on 115 metres per ball) depending on size chosen.
Needles sizes: 3.75mm & 4mm or size as needed to get gauge.
Also requires stitch holders and markers
Designed in Sesia Arboris DK/8Ply (80% Virgin Wool & 20% Linen) but suitable for any DK/ 8 Ply wool yarn.
