Stolen Stitches Medium, Aran, Worsted, 10 Ply Carol Feller Linen Merino Yak

Product Information

A thicker, and very versatile, 10ply weight in the so-soft yarn blend from Irish designer Carol Feller, imported from the UK by Knitnstitch.

With a fantastic colour palette complemented beautifully by 4 neutrals, it really makes an ideal  weight yarn for cooler weather garments. And with the great blend of high quality Yak, Merino and Linen, this yarn has a special attribute - in that it has both a natural feel but is sophisticated at the same time.

Consider Nua as a substitute for those treasured Rowan colour work patterns but without the heaviness of thicker wool.

Merino provides a soft, squishy, and versatile base. Yak adds a unique silkiness to the yarn that your fingers will simply love. Finally, linen adds strength, durability, drape and coolness.

Weight: Worsted / 10Ply / Aran
Fibre: 60% Merino Wool, 20% Yak, 20% Linen
Skein: Approx. 50g = 100m
Needles: 4mm-4.5mm
Tension: 19sts -21sts  = 10cm stocking stitch swatch
Care: Hand Wash. We recommend the no-rinse Eucalan Delicate Wash for this fibre.
