Nyx Limited Edition 2022

Nyx is a special edition yarn.   It has been made as a limited run with nine gorgeous colours for 2022. Be sure to indulge yourself when you see it and make sure you have enough for your project.  Colour repeats may, or may not, ever happen again.

Inspired by Nyx, the primordial goddess of the night. A figure of such exceptional power and beauty that she is feared by Zeus himself.  Nyx is an enchanting blend that combines the softness of Polwarth with the exotic sheen of Silk.

The colour range is demure or daring.  A subtle range of contemporary pastels accented with some mysterious deep shades to give you a range which can be simple and classic, or bold and graphic.

Nyx is a smooth 4-fold construction to make the most of the silky sheen. Wash your garments after completion to maximise the silken drape and flow.

Fibre content: 70% Polwarth, 30% Silk
Meterage: Approx 200m / 218yds per 100g ball
Suggested gauge and Needle: Approx 20 sts = 10cm stocking stitch knitted on 4mm needles
Care: Hand wash, dry flat. We recommend using a delicate no-rinse wash solution such as Eucalan.
