Original design by Vanessa Harper, Creative Director of Hanging Rock Roost  - a local graphic designer, pattern designer and prolific knitter based in Geraldine, South Canterbury in New Zealand.

You will start knitting your Epaulette cardigan from the top, working the triple chevron details on the shoulders and you will make your way down to the hem, where you’ll work a double chevron on each hip in amongst your ribbing. When you get to the sleeve cuff you will work a single chevron in amongst the short rib there.
