Knitting pattern for two cardigans with raglan sleeve shaping and 2 neck options (round and collared) for babies and young children. Matching blanket with same lace and cable patterning. Textures include cables, stocking stitch and double moss. Ribbing cuffs, neckband, hems and applied button bands. Round Neck on all options.
Blanket size (approx.) 91cm x 122cm
Sizes: 36-56cm to fit chest
Knit in any quality DK 8ply wool yarn.
Yardage: (approx) Blanket uses 1500 metres and cardigans use between 300 and 600 metres, depending on size.
Needle sizes: 3.25mm and 4mm or as required to get gauge depending on project.
Gauge: 22sts and 28 rows to 10cm Double Moss Stitch pattern using 4mm knitting needles.
Also requires 4 - 6 buttons for Cardigans (depending on size), stitch holders.
