Information for Customers
** Retail store is now Open from 1 October with shortened trading hours and conditions of entry but Online Shopping is operating as normal **
Since Auckland is still in Level 1 of Covid-19 Alert Levels, there have been a number of essential measures that are necessary for me to open my store safely and serve customers in order to minimise the risk of Covid-19 transmission.
Conditions of Entry:
The retail shop at 52 Richardson Road will be open 4 days a week from 1 October. It will be closed every Monday, Friday and Sunday.
- Please use the Hand Sanitiser provided upon entry and you are very welcome to wear a face mask
- There will be a NZ Government Covid19 Contact Tracing QR Code for you to scan for the safety of us all.
- There may need to be a limit of the number of customers allowed in store at any one time to ensure safe social distancing. I am sorry this may mean customers may need to wait outside until some space allows.
- Customers will required not to touch the yarn to any part of their body other than their hands.
If these conditions are a problem for you, please don't worry too much, the online store will be fully operational for your orders of textile/fibre craft supplies.
Pickups: You are able to arrange for Pick up your order from the store during the new trading hours from 1 October.

Shipment: Allow up to 3 working days for your paid order to be despatched after placing an order with us. We will advise you by email when it has shipped.
All orders will be delivered by non-signature tracked packs via CourierPost and will be by contactless delivery. Please ensure correct address information is supplied at checkout and do add specific notes about where you'd like the courier to leave your precious parcel. Also remember that free shipping anywhere in NZ applies to all orders over $100.
