Information for Customers re Covid-19

Retail Store now at Orange setting 

The Kingsland retail store is operating with Covid Red level conditions of entry to ensure the health and safety of both our staff and customers. 

There will be no requirement to scan in or record your visit but you will be welcome to do so if you wish to maintain your diary of where you shop.

In the Store

  • Customers may complete record keeping register provided or scan in using the NZ COVID Tracer app.
  • Staff and customers are required to wear face coverings
  • Please sanitise hands upon entry and exit, staff will regularly clean and disinfect shared surfaces
  • Customers must not touch any of the wool products on or near their faces/ heads
  • Customers should stay home if they are unwell or are a household contact of someone with active illness with Covid19
  • From time to time we may have to limit customers inside the shop to ensure customers are keeping a safe distance apart. Once at capacity a "one in, one out " may be required.

Online orders     

Online Orders are being accepted and processed and will be shipped by courier and we also offer store pickup for customers during our trading hours.

Terms: Orders are taken on the clear understanding that changes of mind and requests for cancellation or variation of those orders may be declined.

Store Pickup is available from our Kingsland shop open Tuesday to Saturday  We will endeavour to have your order ready for pickup within 1-2 working days. Please add a mobile or phone number at checkout so that we can alert you once we have processed your order to arrange a suitable pickup time. Please wear your mask, have your My Vaccine Pass ready and scan in the QR contact tracing App or record your visit on our Contact Register provided. Please maintain a 1-2 metre distance from other people.

Shipping: Usually you can allow at least 3 working days for your paid order to be despatched after placing an order with us. We will advise you by email when it has shipped. It may take longer to be delivered as the courier network is experiencing some congestion at this time, particularly in Auckland. View Shipping Rates here.

All orders will be delivered by non-signature tracked packs via CourierPost and will be by contactless delivery. Please ensure correct address information is supplied at checkout and do add specific notes about where you'd like the courier to leave your precious parcel.  Also remember that free shipping anywhere in NZ applies to all orders over $130.
