SPECIAL CONDITIONS DURING COVID-19 ALERT LEVEL 2

Retail Store remains closed at this stage. The store is quite a confined space and distancing measures can not be guaranteed. Also we have a staff member away with an injury so we don't feel we can operate the store safely at this time.
Online Orders are being accepted with contactless shipping or pickup from the Mt Albert Store.
Shipment: Allow up to 3 to 5 working days for your order to be despatched after placing an order with us. We will advise you by email when it has shipped.
All orders will be delivered by non-signature tracked packs via CourierPost and will be by contactless delivery. Please ensure correct address information is supplied at checkout and do add specific notes about where you'd like the courier to leave your precious parcel.
Pickups: We are operating a free contactless Click and Collect service. Allow 3 working days for your order to be prepared at which time we will notify you via email. Pickups can be arranged between Tuesday and Friday, 10 till 5pm.
No international orders are accepted at this time, apologies about that.
Orders are Final: Please note that as we are working in challenging conditions, orders are final during this extraordinary time. If you purchased goods without the normal consideration of the quantities, types and colours needed for your project, we may not be able to accept exchanges or refunds. Any refunds are at our absolute discretion and we will have to deduct any bank, processing or other fees incurred by us for doing this. Please don't be offended by a refusal to your request.
