Information for Customers re Covid-19 and Opening Hours

** The Retail store will be closed under NZ Government Alert Level 3 until 9 March 2021 but Online Shopping is still operating with courier shipping and contactless pick up by arrangement**

Online Orders are being accepted with either contactless pick up from outside the shop or by courier delivery. 

Contactless Pickups: We support the Ministry of Health advice to stay home if possible but if you really must have your items in this Alert level 3 time period, you will be able to arrange to Pick up your order by a contactless method from outside the store during the new trading hours. If you must travel, please ensure you wear a face mask. We will try to stagger collections but if somebody else is already waiting to collect their order by the door, please distance yourself to ensure safety for yourself and others. Shipment: View Shipping Rates here. Allow up to 5 working days for your paid order to be despatched after placing an order with us. We will advise you by email when it has shipped.

Expect 2-3 additional business days for your order to ship but it may take longer to arrive. With Covid-19 Alert Level 3 restrictions in place, we only have one person fulfilling orders and cannot guarantee the usual courier delivery timeframes. We appreciate your support and patience as we will do our very best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

All orders will be delivered by non-signature tracked packs via CourierPost and will be by contactless delivery. Please ensure correct address information is supplied at checkout and do add specific notes about where you'd like the courier to leave your precious parcel.  Also remember that free shipping anywhere in NZ applies to all orders over $100.
