Product Information
Sliver is the basic hat everyone needs, and that’s why it’s been designed in five sizes – XS through XL. Knit in the round, Sliver is unisex and can be worn by kids, too. A yarn forward and dropped stitches create a ‘run’ in the hat.
Suggested Yarn: Super Bulky. We suggest Cozee which is a lightweight bulky soft yarn
5 Sizes: to fit head circumference from 37.5 (42.5, 48.75, 55, 62.5) cm or 15 (17, 19.5, 22, 25) inches
Quantity (approx.) of yarn as per pattern: between 55 - 80 metres depending on size chosen. Remember if you alter the pattern in any way this will affect the amount of yarn you'll need to purchase.
Pattern Gauge: 6.5 stitches and 12 rows = 10cm square swatch knitted in stockinette on 10mm needles or size needed to obtain gauge
Suggested 10mm in circular needles and / or dpns
Notions: two stitch markers and other common sewing notions.
