Anniversary Sale and Newsletter

What a great time at the Kiwi Kanga KAL/CAL

I had a great time hosting he Kiwi Kanga KAL last month - it was a real pleasure all around. Of course it helped that the weather was great, the company fantastic and the creations using Kiwi and Aussie products were amazing.

The highlight for me was seeing everyone from first time knitters through to published designers, sharing stories and enjoying each others company.

I was inspired by the two days and am planning on hosting more events and courses this year - and will keep you all posted.

Its my first year in business - so it's time for a MASSIVE sale

Here's a quick shout out to you, my lovely customers and crafty people, to say Huge thanks for your custom and loyal support.

I'm always striving to improve my yarn and accessories offerings for you and want to make some more needed space in the store (or the "Touch Lab" as I like to think of it) as well as the stockroom. Visitors to the store know of my "hallway of shame" which has all the overflow boxes and baskets of yarn.  I prefer to think of it as "Stash Architecture"!

So, as a heartfelt Thank You, please Click Shop the First Anniversary Celebration SALE here to find the heavily reduced range of yarns, paper patterns and bits & bobs to create some space for some exciting new products over the next few months.

New in store

Also, just in case you haven't dropped by for a while, we have some lovely Arne & Carlos and other REGIA self patterned sock yarns in.  People wanted socks that could stand up to the tumble dryer, so I sourced these durable REGIA yarns to complement the good range of sock yarns I have.

Theres a lot of new items in store, but check out

Designer Original Samples for viewing and sale

One of my most favourite local pattern designers, handmade by SMINE has left several of her beautifully hand knitted and crocheted items with me to show off her fabulous designs. These are on on display at the store.

If you want to buy any of her patterns and see how they are made in different yarns or if you just don't have time to make all the lovely patterns in the world, you can buy them too. Please drop by or view the available designs here. Contact me for details if you can't call in.

The weather in NZ is cooling down into Autumn so pick up your hooks and needles and find your patterns and yarns and get started.  Happy Making...

Cheery, Beth
